  • For Pharmacist : Diploma in Pharmacy recognized by UP State Medical Faculty.
  • For Physiotherapist : Diploma in Physiotherapist recognized by UP State Medical Faculty.
Age Limit : Maximum Age limit is 40 years (as on 01/03/2018)

Job Location : Sonbhadra (Uttar Pradesh)
Selection process : Selection will be based on Interview.
